Liz
by Walter Knoll
This chair by Claudio Bellini has been reduced to what is most beautiful. Swaying lines define the silhouette – charmingly emphasised by the coloured piping. An elastic textile – under the cover – spans its expanses for seat and back. Developed for aviation, the high-tech material provides special comfort for Liz, too. Once again pioneeringly innovative like the “Antimott” armchair by Walter Knoll from the 1930s with its special springs. The cover can be removed. A new lightness of sitting.
