A new classic of salon culture. The Foster 520 armchair reinterprets the tradition of the club armchair – the development of which in Germany Walter Knoll was involved in at the beginning of the twentieth century. The designers at Foster + Partners have made masterly use of the materials: saddle leather with its striking grain for the back, natural fabrics for the seat. The elaborately finished decorative seam emphasises the sweeping lines. With a slight swivel action or quite still on legs: powerful elegance with a perfect dose of laissez-faire – essential for long evenings of charming hospitality. New: the armchair is now also available in all fabric and leather combinations, completely covered in fabric or leather.
